The USB-C connector is a definitely a high quality connector. It nicely snaps into place, unlike other USB C connectors that feel like you're going to break something when attaching them. Of course having the 90-degree bend is handy in not having the cord be in the way say if you want to rest the phone against something on its end.

I didn’t keep it so I cannot say definitively that it was or wasn’t a good cable, (I measured my needed length wrong) but it looked like a quality cable, I would buy again.

I use right angle charging cables exclusively in all my phone or tablet needs! These charging cables are well made, highly durable and stable while charging and using your device concurrently. Straight cable breakdown over time was annoying and a waste of money to replace! Plus, the right angle of plug into device, especially a laptop or iPad is comfortable to rest on body…unlike straight plug connection. No more repeated cost to replace these charging cables. Also, this cable meets Apple charger standards which is reassuring in safely charging your iOS devices. Strong recommendation!

I've been using it for over a year now and it is just now starting to show some wear where the cable attaches to the part that plugs into my phone. I wish the 90° L shape pointed the other way so when have my phone plugged in on the left side of my bed it wouldn't have to bend 180°. I just bought a 10-ft one for the living room. I use my phone constantly so I often need to have it plugged in while I'm using it. Still, over a year!!! I've never had a phone cable last that long.

My wife often needs to have her phone charged after work when she's in bed watching TV, but may want to check something on the phone. Having the charger stick out from the bottom is annoying, so a charger like this where the charge end goes in at 90 degrees is fantastic. More chargers should offer this option. Because it's "premium" you won't get these cables for the cheapest, but they are still affordable. They get a little more flex on the cable if you're not careful, but that's ok. The last one survived more than a year before the cable frayed and needed to be replaced. Great choice if you need this form-factor. If you don't, then don't spend the extra money on this. But if you do, it's hard to go wrong with this cable.
