Bought this one a few months ago. During my use, the earbuds' touch sensors were very sensitive. Even accidental touches could pause the music. And now the left earbud stopped working. Tried all the methods ugreen suggested but didn't work. Would not recommend.

Excelente producto calidad vs precio, buena calidad de materiales y terminados muy buenos, mejora el material de la tapa contra la versión anterior, menos marcas de dedos en el uso diario, el Tap responde muy bien para las funciones descritas en el manual, su calidad de sonido es muy buena para lo que valen, se destaca los graves y medios debido a sus diodos internos, la autonomía definitivamente es uno de sus puntos fuertes, fácilmente salgo en la mañana con ellos cargados y los uso todo el día de escuchando música, algunas llamadas, etc, cada que no los tengo puestos van a la caja y nunca sufro de falta de batería, los he tenido en uso por 3 a 4 horas continuas, 30 min de carga son otras 3 horas. su único defecto es la ausencia de un software que los gestiones para mejorar el audio, el resto muy buenos

Great sound quality, very long battery life

Great sound, but the touch function is way too sensitive. I found myself pausing my music any time I needed to adjust the earbuds for any reason.

Left earbud stopped working. Contacted the seller and followed their suggested steps and left earbud still not working. Only had for 3 months, seller and Amazon will not send me a replacement.

The active noise cancellation is not that great. But overall the sound is fantastic. For the price is a good deal!

I work in an office. After 18 months of working in the quiet of my home, I had a hard time adjusting to being back in an office with other people making all their office noises. So I went looking for noise canceling earbuds, and found these. They have been fantastic! I don't get the science behind active noise cancelling, but it's like having your head inside a bubble when you turn the ANC on. It doesn't cancel everything, but it cancels enough that I can think. And with my music on the very lowest volume setting, the rest of the noise goes away. The sound quality is really good too. I don't charge them every day, but I've only ever had them die once, after a day of multiple job interviews by phone. So the battery life is pretty adequate in my opinion. My only complaint is that if they slip out of my pocket and hit the floor, the case pops open and the earbuds go flying out. But that's more of a complaint about women's pockets being literally 3 inches deep. I might just wrap a rubber band around them, or make a little case with a snap to put them in. I can make one case, but I can't tackle pocket inequality.

They concluded the item was defective and sent out another pair. GOOD STUFF! WHEN YOU FIRST OPEN THE BOX AND TAKE THE BUDS OUT YOU'RE GOING TO FIND BLUE PLASTIC OR THE CONNECTIONS ARE ON THE BUDS MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THEM CHARGE THE CASE AND WHEN YOU OPEN THE BOX BOTH EARBUDS MUST FLASH BLUE IF THEY DON'T THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG SEND THEM BACK.
