Like you said the pogo charger attaches to the base of the 10 with magnets, and the charger that comes with the 10 is a micro usb type.

The last notation I saw on the pogo was that it charged 5% faster,  not nearly worth the cost. Now if it also worked for data transfer as well, I'd get it... The one offered now is just for charging.

5% thats it?  What if you put both of the chargers together at the same time?

I did not make measurements but my impression, based on observing many charge cycles, is an improvement of 15-20%.
I also prefer the pogo charger for the ease of connecting/disconnecting without endengering the delicate micro usb connector.

Please make a test from low charge to full on both, it would be a great answer to this thread.

Please make a charge using both chargers at the same time.  See how that goes

Pogo is so easy.  That is its selling point.  2 chargers could be hazardous to both the Nexus and power supplies.  Even small differences can cause reverse currents.  Side effects may not be pretty.

I bought the pogo for the N10 dock station project and have been using the unit while I prep the base, and I'm really surprised that it really charges much faster than the USB. The slow charging has been my real only negative issue with this Tablet, I'm stoked now...
